  A partir de 2016 se transversaliza la perspectiva de género en el Poder Legislativo del Estado de Guanajuato, al incorporar, dentro de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Guanajuato, la obligación de considerar, dentro de las iniciativas, el impacto de género. Sin embargo, no se ha materializado tal disposición en la legislación, siendo necesaria la visión transversal de la perspectiva de género en las leyes para abonar a disminuir la brecha de desigualdad desde la normatividad estatal.

  In 2016, the gender perspective was mainstreamed in the Legislative Branch of the State of Guanajuato, by incorporating, within the Organic Law of the Legislative Branch of the State of Guanajuato, the obligation to consider, within the initiatives, the gender impact. However, this provision has not materialized in the legislation, being necessary the transversal vision of the gender perspective in the laws to contribute to reduce the inequality gap from the state regulations.
