La oferta de los instrumentos de inversión en el mercado de valores, siempre han sido una opción para financiar proyectos de inversión de empresas privadas que demandan fondos para cubrir su déficit, incluido por supuesto el gobierno federal que coloca deuda interna en los mercados para financiar su actividad doméstica. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo mostrar una alternativa de inversión basada en los CETES como opción de inclusión financiera para aquellos agentes que tengan interés en invertir e incursionar en el mercado de valores, pero no cuenten con un capital mínimo requerido para las inversiones.

The offer of investment instruments in the stock market has always been an option to finance investment projects of private companies that demand funds to cover their deficit, including of course the federal government that places internal debt in the markets to finance their domestic activity. The objective of this research work is to show an investment alternative based on the CETES as a financial inclusion option for those agents who are interested in investing and entering the stock market, but do not have a minimum capital required for investments.
