Resumen de La cooperación entre cooperativas: Antecedentes y perspectivas jurídicas en Cuba

  El principio de cooperación entre cooperativas no ha tenido el mismo grado de atención que otras temáticas en los estudios sobre el sector en Cuba. Este trabajo procura ponderar las oportunidades que ofrecen las regulaciones vigentes en el país desde 2019 para el desarrollo de las prácticas asociadas a esta directriz. Para ello se examina, en primer lugar, la dimensión jurídica del principio, partiendo de su contenido legal/abstracto hasta arribar a las formas concretas que adquiere en su desenvolvimiento. Seguidamente, se sistematizan algunas experiencias acontecidas en el país en distintos momentos y contextos del pasado reciente. Por último, se valoran las perspectivas que ofrece el ordenamiento jurídico vigente en la isla para desarrollar acciones de cooperación entre cooperativas.

  The principle of cooperation between cooperatives has not received the same degree of attention as other topics in studies on the sector in Cuba. This work seeks to weigh the opportunities offered by the regulations in force in the country since 2019 for the development of the practices associated with this guideline. To do this, the legal dimension of the principle is examined, first, starting from its legal / abstract content until arriving at the concrete forms that it acquires in its development. Next, some experiences that occurred in the country in different moments and contexts of the recent past are systematized. Finally, the perspectives offered by the current legal system on the island to develop cooperation actions between cooperatives are assessed.
