  El Tossal del Moro de Castellserà és un dels pocs jaciments de cronologia visigoda en el qual s’està excavant de forma continuada els darrers anys. En aquest article es presenten les darreres novetats obtingudes en les campanyes realitzades entre 2011 i 2015, centrades en tres eixos principals: la documentació de la muralla de tanca del jaciment, la caracterització i delimitació de la plaça oriental del poblat i la continuació de l’excavació de les estructures d’hàbitat. Al mateix temps i fruit de les troballes dutes a terme en aquests darrers anys, podem caracteritzar, per primer cop, l’ocupació protohistòrica del jaciment que es feia palesa per l’abundant registre material, però que no havia estat objecte de refl exió fi ns al moment.

  Tossal del Moro in Castellserà is one of the few archaeological sites with Visigoth chronology which has being continuously excavated for the last years. In this article, we introduce the last discoveries from digs carried out between 2011 and 2015, which are focused on three main lines: the study of the closing wall of the site, the characterization and delimitation of the eastern square of the settlement and the continuation in digging the structures of the habitat. At the same time, and because of the fi ndings carried out in last years, it is possible, for the fi rst time, to characterize the protohistoric occupation of the site, which was evident for the abundant material ranging, but it has not been a matter of refl ection until now.
