Resumen de Formación de la cultura profesional pedagógica en la Secundaria Básica. (Revisión)

  El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar las posiciones teóricas de partida que sustentan una nueva mirada al proceso de formación permanente del profesor de Secundaria Básica, desde una lógica de gestión formativa centrada en la apropiación de la cultura profesional pedagógica como constructo holístico y complejo. Se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico como el análisis-síntesis, la inducción-deducción y el sistémico estructural-funcional. Se aporta que la formación permanente del profesor de Secundaria Básica es un proceso que debe ser gestionado en función de articular el direccionamiento de la apropiación de la cultura profesional pedagógica, la orientación de los significados formativos en contextos y la movilización de los sentidos pedagógicos de gestión. Se aportan las definiciones conceptuales básicas que encauzan los resultados de la investigación.

  The present work aims at presenting the theoretic positions of departure that hold a new way of facing the process of permanent formation of the Junior High School professor, departing from logic of formative management centered in the appropriation of the professional pedagogic culture as a complex and holistic theory. Different theoretical   methods were used, like the analysis-synthesis, induction- deduction and the functional structural systemic approach. The article takes into consideration the fact that the permanent formation of Junior High School professors is a process that must be tried to obtain in terms of articulating the addressing of the appropriation of the professional pedagogic culture, the orientation of the formative significances in contexts and the mobilization of the pedagogical senses of organization contributes itself. It also contributes to some basic conceptual definitions that guide the research.
