    El trabajo consiste en desarrollo de la evolución del derecho real de superficie en el derecho argentino, partiendo de la opinión de Vélez Sarsfield, pasando por el régimen de la ley 25.509 de superficie forestal para concluir con el análisis del derecho de superficie en el Código Civil y Comercial, efectuado comparaciones entre ambos regímenes respecto del: concepto, objeto, naturaleza, ejercicio y la facultad de constituir derechos reales de garantía

    The work consists about the development of the evolution of the real surface right in Argentine law, starting from the opinion of Vélez Sarsfield, going through the regime of the law 25.509 of forest surface to conclude with the analysis of the surface right in the Civil and Commercial Code, made comparisons between both regimes regarding: concept, object, nature, exercise and the power to establish security rights in rem
