Afectación psicológica en el profesional de enfermería durante el Estado de Alarma por la COVID-19

    Cualquier pandemia supone una alteración no solo a nivel social, económico y sanitario; sino también a nivel personal. En concreto, el personal de enfermería ha sido el colectivo sanitario que más se ha visto expuesto durante la pandemia COVID-19. Objetivo: El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la afectación psicológica en el profesional de enfermería durante el Estado de Alarma por la COVID-19. Metodología: Estudio observacional descriptivo transversal retrospectivo llevado a cabo en 428 enfermeras del Servicio Aragonés de Salud a través de un cuestionario de elaboración propia, estructurado y heteroadministrado. Resultados: A nivel psicológico, la COVID-19 afectó mucho al 23,13% de las enfermeras y bastante al 57,44%. Además, se encontraron diferencias significativas con respecto a si trabajaron en una Unidad COVID o no (X2=25,933 y p=<0,001) y el sentirse respaldada o no por sus superiores (X2=21,288 y p=<0,001). Conclusión: El grado de afectación psicológica de las enfermeras es debida al aumento de horas de trabajo, al estrés ante lo desconocido de la enfermedad, el miedo a contagiar a sus familiares y la falta de material de protección.

    Any pandemic implies an alteration at the social, economic and health level. But also on a personal level. Specifically, nurses have been the most exposed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Objective: To analyze the psychological impact of COVID-19 on the mental health in Spanish nurses during the State of Alarm due to COVID-19. Methods: Retrospective cross-sectional descriptive observational study carried out in 428 nurses from the Aragones Health Service through a self-prepared, structured and hetero-administered questionnaire. Results: At a psychological level, COVID-19 affects 23.13% of nurses a lot and 57.44% quite a lot. In addition, significant differences were found regarding whether they worked in a COVID Unit or not (X2=25,933 y p=<0,001) and feeling supported or not by their superiors (X2=21,288 y p=<0,001). Conclusions:

    The psychological affectation of the nurses is due to the increase of working hours, stress due to the unknown of the disease, the fear of infecting their relatives and the lack of protective material
