    El objetivo de este trabajo es incentivar el debate sobre las altas percepciones judiciales, las sentencias cuestionables y la corrupción judicial, y promover la creación de conocimiento sobre corrupción judicial en México; para ello, se realizó un análisis documental acerca del tema, que arrojó como resultado 1) la escases de fuentes de conocimiento fidedignas y la consecuente generación de información falsa; 2) la relación entre transparencia y corrupción; y 3) la importancia de la ética en la trascendencia de la función judicial; concretamente en México y parte de América Latina, esta investigación entre otros hallazgos señala la ética como herramienta contra la corrupción, concluyéndose oportuno hacer de la socioformación una estrategia institucional de educación judicial para facilitar el fortalecimiento ético de los jueces y mejorar la percepción ciudadana de la justicia.

    The objective of this work is to stimulate the debate on high judicial perceptions, questionable sentences and judicial corruption, and to promote the creation of knowledge on judicial corruption in Mexico; to this end, a documentary analysis was carried out on the subject, which resulted in 1) the shortage of reliable sources of knowledge and the consequent generation of false information; 2) the relationship between transparency and corruption; and 3) the importance of ethics in the transcendence of the judicial function; specifically in Mexico and part of Latin America, this research among other findings points to ethics as a tool against corruption, concluding that socio-training should be made an institutional strategy for judicial education to facilitate the ethical strengthening of judges and improve citizens' perception of justice.
