    La obra de Marx constituye una de las aportaciones intelectuales más influyentes de los dos últimos siglos, la cual ha dado lugar a toda una doctrina política y teórico-filosófica, eso que llamamos marxismo, muy heterogénea y con grandes implicaciones prácticas a lo largo del tiempo. En este artículo se pretende indagar sobre el tratamiento de la cuestión penal y punitiva en la obra del autor y reflexionar acerca de sus particularidades y similitudes con otras teorías.

    Marx’s work represents one of the most infl uential intellectual contributions of the last two centuries, which has given rise to a whole political and theoretical-philosophical doctrine, that which we call Marxism, which is very heterogeneous and with great practical implications over time. This article aims to investigate the treatment of the criminal and punitive question in the work of the author and to refl ect on its particularities and similarities with other theories.
