    El derecho de religiosos recoge un amplio elenco de posibilidades para orientar las situaciones de crisis vocacional y de separación del instituto religioso. La regulación sustantiva y procedimental ocupa más de 20 cánones. Aun así, las lagunas y la falta de concreción a la hora de abordar situaciones particulares han sido evidentes. La CIVCSVA ha pretendido concretar y aclarar estas figuras con sus orientaciones de 2020, El don de la fidelidad. Dos años antes, y en relación con las monjas contemplativas, también la Santa Sede reorientó la separación del monasterio modificando algunos cánones e igualando en gran manera el régimen de estas religiosas integradas en monasterios autónomos con el de los demás miembros de institutos religiosos. A analizar estas situaciones de separación del instituto, sus modificaciones últimas y su desarrollo y concreción, dedicamos este trabajo.

    The law of the religious includes a wide range of possibilities to guide situations of vocational crisis and separation from the religious institute. The substantive and procedural regulation covers more than 20 canons. Even so, the gaps and lack of concretions in dealing with particular cases have been evident. The CICLSAL has tried to substantialise and clarify these figures with its 2020 guidelines, The gift of fidelity. Two years earlier, and in relation to contemplative nuns, the Holy See also reoriented the separation from the monastery, modifying some canons and largely equalising the regime of these nuns integrated in autonomous monasteries with that of members of other religious institutes. This work is dedicated to analysing these situations of separation from the institute, their latest modifications and their development and realisation.
