    En esta entrevista, la experta en migración irregularizada, Soledad Álvarez Velasco, analiza la problemática de la movilidad humana en el marco de la pandemia del COVID-19. La entrevistada aborda temas de relevancia jurídica y social que se han suscitado en los tiempos, particularmente difíciles, de la pandemia y otros que afectan a las personas migrantes más allá del momento actual (pero que, sin embargo, se han visto agravados), tales como la forma en que el ordenamiento jurídico se construye y el modo en que las políticas públicas de los Estados se diseñan respecto de los sujetos en migración.

    In this interview, Soledad Álvarez Velasco, an expert in irregular migration, analyzes theproblem of human mobility in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The interviewee addresses issues of legal and social relevance that have arisen in the particularly difficult times of the pandemic and others that affect migrants beyond the current moment (but which, nevertheless, have been aggravated), such as the way in which the legal system is constructed and the public policies of the States are designed with respect to the subjects in migration.
