    El paradigma que asocia correlación y causalidad determinó históricamente la geopolítica. Y el hegemonismo. Sin embargo, la viabilidad de la estirpe humana se ve amenazada hoy por desafíos suprahumanos, microscópicos y macrocósmicos, pandemias y cambios climáticos. Urge trocar la pugna por la hegemonía en un combate mundial conjunto contra los nuevos retos. Europa puede jugar un papel crucial en esta nueva contienda, por su ascendiente cultural, su pujanza económica y su consistencia civilizacional. Además, le cabe arbitrar la nueva situación mundial.

    The Geopolitics science were historically determined by the paradigm that links correlation and causality. In the same way, also hegemonism. However, the viability of the Human lineage is threatened today by superhuman, microscopic and macrocosmic challenges, like pandemics and climate changes. Urges to transform the hegemonic struggles into a joint world combat against the new challenges. Europe can play a crucial role in this new fight, thanks to their cultural ascendancy, economic strength, and civilization entity. In addition, the Old Continent can develop an arbitral power on the world situation.
