    Este estudio sociolingüístico versa sobre un rasgo fonético poco estudiado presente en la comarca de Loja (Granada): el heheo. A pesar de tener una amplia distribución en Hispanoamérica y en Andalucía, nos encontramos ante un rasgo lingüístico que carece totalmente de prestigio, llegando a ser un rasgo estigmatizado y desconocido para un amplio sector de la población.

    Durante el desarrollo del estudio, se realizó un análisis detallado sobre las percepciones y actitudes lingüísticas hacia este fenómeno fonético por parte de hablantes tanto heheantes como no heheantes. Para ello, se elaboró un cuestionario en línea dirigido a un diverso abanico de hablantes de español de la comarca de Loja. El principal objetivo de este estudio sociolingüístico no es otro que aportar nueva información acerca de este hueco investigador para así contribuir a un conocimiento más profundo sobre la heterogeneidad del andaluz.

    This sociolinguistic study focuses on an underanalysed phonetic feature of the Andalusian dialect (Spanish) which can be found in the town of Loja (Andalusia): the heheo. In spite of being widespread all-over Latin America and the region of Andalusia (Southern Spain), this linguistic feature is characterised by its lack of linguistic prestige. In fact, the heheo suffers from such a strong stigmatization that it is hardly recognised among a wide range of the population. During the development of this research, a detailed analysis was conducted on the sociolinguistic perception and attitudes about this phonetic phenomenon. For this purpose, an online survey was designed and launched to a wide range of Spanish speakers from the town of Loja. The main goal of the present study is to provide new information about this research gap in order to contribute to a deeper understanding of the heterogeneity of the Andalusian dialect.
