  La vía procesal para la tutela de los delitos socioeconómicos, en la hipótesis de víctimas de carácter colectivo o difuso, no es la acción particular, ni la acción popular, sino que el mecanismo para la tutela de esos derechos e intereses es el dispuesto en el art. 7.3 LOPJ. A pesar de que el Anteproyecto de Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal no prevé los instrumentos idóneos para su defensa, ni dispone de vías específicas para la Justicia Restaurativa en esos delitos, la Secretaría General de Instituciones Penitenciarias ha puesto en marcha el Programa PIDECO donde se regulan fórmulas de esa naturaleza.

  The procedural avenue for the protection of socioeconomic crimes, in the hypothesis of victims of a collective or diffuse nature, is not the individual action, nor the popular action, but the mechanism for the protection of these rights and interests is the one provided for in art. 7.3 LOPJ. In spite of the fact that the Draft Bill of the Criminal Procedure Law does not provide the suitable instruments for their defense, nor does it have specific ways for Restorative Justice in these crimes, the General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions has implemented the PIDECO Program where formulas of this nature are regulated.
