Resumen de Sistemas legales comparados en el mundo occidental.: Efectos educativos para las facultades de derecho en un contexto global

  Esta aportación trata de sintetizar, a la hora de analizar sus interacciones y sinergias desde el punto de la pedagogía jurídica, las presuntas diferenciaciones existentes entre los dos sistemas en que se divide el mundo del Derecho en su ámbito occidental, cuales son, por un lado la tradición romano-germanística, y por otro, el conocido como Common Law. Comparando sus distintas filosofías y actitudes, se someten a examen sus interrelaciones y tensiones en el actual contexto de las enseñanzas jurídicas, caracterizado por un entorno global y con creciente protagonismo de las tecnologías de la información, para ver seguidamente qué existe de reto o amenaza y qué de oportunidad desde los postulados y exigencias de una formación superior en Derecho en el contexto contemporáneo

  This contribution attempts to synthesize, by means of analyzing their interactions and synergies from the point of view of legal pedagogy, the alleged differentiations between the two systems into which the world of Law is divided in its Western sphere, which are, on the one hand the Roman-Germanic tradition, and on the other, the one known as Common Law. Comparing their different philosophies and attitudes, their interrelationships and tensions are examined in the current context of legal education, characterized by a global environment and with the growing prominence of information technologies, to then see what exists as a challenge or threat, as well as the opportunities that may arise from potential demands of higher education in Law in the present-day context.
