    El presente artículo centra sus miras en la resolución extrajudicial de conflictos en el transporte aéreo. Se hace hincapié en las reformas que se plantean tras las medidas procesales adoptadas frente al Covid-19. Al tiempo, hacemos referencia al ámbito de aplicación, al procedimiento extrajudicial, a los efectos de las resoluciones dictadas por el director de AESA, así como a la posibilidad de someter estas reclamaciones a otras entidades de resolución de conflictos. Finalmente, concluimos con las reformas que propone el Anteproyecto de Ley de Medidas de Eficiencia Procesal al Servicio Público de Justicia, criticando, en su caso, la regulación de dichas reformas y su proyección en la futura orden ministerial.

    This article focuses on the extrajudicial resolution of conflicts in air transport. Emphasis is placed on the reforms that are proposed after the procedural measures adopted against Covid-19. We refer to the scope of application, the out-of-court procedure, for the purposes of the resolution issued by the director of AESA, as well as the possibility of submitting these claims to other dispute resolution entities. Finally, we conclude with the reforms proposed by the Draft Law on Procedural Efficiency Measures to the Public Justice Service, criticizing, where appropriate, the regulation of these reforms and their projection in the future ministerial order.
