Resumen de Profesionalizar la memoria completa: El Centro de Estudios Legales sobre el Terrorismo y sus víctimas como agente victimizador profesional (2006-2017)

El Centro de Estudios Legales sobre el Terrorismo y sus Víctimas (CELTYV) es una organización no gubernamental fundada en el año 2006 con el objetivo de visibilizar las muertes provocadas por el accionar de organizaciones armadas argentinas durante la década del setenta. En este artículo se examina la forma en que el CELTYV ha hecho del derecho un principio de adhesión y reconocimiento público en sus luchas. Se sostiene que el CELTYV promovió ciertas interpretaciones jurídicas para dotar de legitimidad a las demandas de “memoria completa”, a la vez que buscó consagrar un modo de interpretación experto que permite eludir aristas controversiales y las definiciones políticas en torno al terrorismo de Estado. Para la realización del trabajo se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo sustentado en el análisis de fuentes primarias y secundarias, entre las que destaca una entrevista en profundidad a la presidenta de la organización, Victoria Villarruel

The Center for Legal Studies on Terrorism and its Victims (CELTYV) is a nongovernmental organization founded in 2006 with the aim of making visible the deaths caused by the actions of Argentine armed organizations during the 1970s. In this article we will examine how the CELTYV has made law as a principle of adherence and public recognition in its struggles. We argue that the CELTYV promoted certain legal interpretations to give legitimacy to the cause of complete memory, at the same time that it sought to enshrine an expert mode of interpretation that allows to avoid controversial edges and political definitions around the justification of State terrorism.
