La obesidad es uno de los mayores problemas en la población infanto-juvenil. Esta enfermedad tiene consecuencias tanto a nivel físico como psicosocial. La mejor estrategia ante la obesidad es la prevención de la enfermedad. En este artículo mediante la elaboración de un plan de cuidados ayudamos a mejorar sus hábitos a una paciente adolescente con obesidad.

Obesity is one of the biggest problems in the child-adolescent population. This disease has consequences both on a physical and psychosocial level. The best strategy against obesity is the prevention of the disease. In this article, through the elaboration of a care plan, we help an adolescent patient with obesity to improve their habits.
