    Análisis exhaustivo de la criminalidad registrada en 1991 y en referencia a su evolución desde al año 1980. Este estudio está elaborado en base a las denuncias formuladas en las Dependencias Policiales excluyendo las infracciones que corresponden al ámbito de actuación de la Guardia Civil, Policías Autónomas o Locales. Aparecen las cifras a nivel nacional y regional y su evolución comparativa.

    Se estudian también los datos sobre los delitos y su distribución sectorial y espacial, el índice de esclarecimientos, los detenidos por delitos y las variables de sexo, edad y nacionalidad respecto a su incidencia en la criminalidad. Se hace un análisis conjunto de las cifras correspondientes a la Policía y a la Guardia Civil de manera global. Se concluye con la evolución favorable, en términos generales, de la criminalidad en 1991.

    Exhausted analysis of crime recorded in 1991 and further to its development since 1980. The preparation of the current study is based on the complaints lodged in Police Stations except for the offences that come under the action scope of the Guardia Civil, Policías Autónomas or Policías Locales. The figures at national and regional level and its comparative development are mentioned.

    Under consideration are also the data on crimes and its sectorial and space distribution, the rate of elucidatings, the arrested persons by crimes and the variables of sex, age and nationality with regard to its indicente on crime. It is effected a combined analysis of the figures concerning the Police and the Guardia Civil in a comprehensive way. It is concluded, generally speaking, with the favourable evolution of crime in 1991.
