  Las siete comarcas que integran Cuatro Valles (León) poseen un patrimonio geológico sobresaliente. Por ello, en los últimos años se han llevado a cabo una serie de actuaciones cuya finalidad es divulgar, poner en valor y acercar al público este tipo de patrimonio, mostrándoselo como una parte fundamental del territorio que interactúa de forma inexorable con el paisaje, la biodiversidad y las actividades humanas. Para ello se han editado una guía y un mapa, se ha publicado una aplicación para dispositivos móviles y se han señalizado varios Puntos de Interés Geológico (PIG) en el terreno.

  The seven counties that comprise Cuatro Valles (León) have an outstanding Geoheritage. Therefore, in recent years they have carried out a series of actions aimed to disclose, to highlight and to bring this heritage to the public, showing it as a fundamental part of the territory that interacts inexorably with the landscape, biodiversity and human activities. This has been published a guide, a map and an application for mobile devices, and several Sites of Geological Interest (PIGs) have been marked on the ground.
