Resumen de El trabajo informal:: una aproximación teórica en la plaza de mercado “Villa de San Diego” del municipio de Ubaté

  El trabajo informal es una condición prevalente en la población trabajadora de las plazas de mercado, cuyas condiciones informales a nivel laboral permiten un abordaje interesante de las condiciones de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de estos. Este estudio es una investigación cuantitativa de alcance descriptivo. El objetivo general es describir las teorías que se relacionan y justifican con la informalidad. Un aspecto interesante radica en la aproximación inicial que se tuvo en el proceso de investigación, teniendo en cuenta las características comportamentales de los trabajadores informales de la plaza de mercado de Ubaté.

  Los resultados inicialmente alcanzados permiten describir que los trabajadores informales identifican que existen riesgos en su lugar de trabajo, sin embargo, reconocen riesgos biológicos, físicos y ergonómicos como los más prevalentes. Además, estas condiciones deben ser revisadas implementando la evaluación inicial de riesgos que permita identificar el nivel de estos. Algunas teorías están relacionadas con el comportamiento seguro, el cual se convierte en un interés para lograr el trabajo seguro en este grupo poblacional. Así mismo se concluye que es importante implementar una evaluación inicial de riesgos, implementando una metodología que permita identificar cuáles son y cómo se puede generar cambios favorables en sus condiciones laborales

  Informal work is a prevalent condition in the working population of the market square, whose informal conditions at thelabor level allow an interesting approach to their health and safety conditions at work. This study is a quantitativeinvestigation with a descriptive scope. The general objective is to describe the theories that are related and justified withinformality. An interesting aspect lies in the initial approach that was taken in the research process, taking into account thebehavioral characteristics of the informal workers in the Ubaté market place.The initially achieved results allow describing that informal worker identify that there are risks in their workplace,however they recognize biological, physical and ergonomic risks as the most prevalent. However, these conditions mustbe evaluated by implementing the initial risk assessment to identify their level. Some theories are related to safe behavior,which becomes an interest to achieve safe work in this population group. Likewise, it is concluded that it is important toimplement an initial risk assessment, implementing a methodology that allows identifying what they are and howfavorable changes can be generated in their working conditions
