    El artículo analiza los sistemas de alerta temprana en Italia, y aborda tanto el sistema previsto en el Codice della crisi di Impresa e dell’insolvenza, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 14/2019, de 12 de enero, como el sistema que establece el reciente Decreto Ley 118/2021, de 24 agosto, en el marco de la Institución denominada: Composizione negoziata per la soluzione della crisi d’impresa, reflexionando, en base a estas normativas, sobre la evolución reciente de la reforma italiana en materia de sistemas de alerta temprana.

    The article analyzes the early warning systems in Italy, and addresses both the system provided in the Codice della crisi di Impresa e dell’insolvenza, approved by Legislative Decree 14/2019, of January 12, and the system that establishes the recent Decree Law 118/2021, of August 24, within the framework of the Institution called: Composizione negotiaziata per la soluzione della crisi d’impresa, reflecting, based on them, on the recent evolution of the Italian reform in the matter of early warning systems.
