    O Decreto-Lei n.º 34/2021, de 14 de maio, aprovou o procedimento aplicável à injunção em matéria de arrendamento, que, de acordo com o referido diploma, corresponde a uma providência que tem por fim conferir força executiva ao requerimento apresentado com vista à efetivação de certos direitos do arrendatário. O presente artigo descreve a aplicabilidade e tramitação do referido procedimento e identifica, por fim, certas circunstâncias legais e práticas que, a nosso ver, condicionam a utilidade deste meio processual.

    Decree-Law No. 34/2021, of 14 May, approved the proceeding applicable to the injunction for lease agreement matters, which, according to the mentioned diploma, corresponds to a legal remedy with the purpose to confer executive force to the application filed to enforce certain rights of the tenant. This article describes the applicability and procedural steps of the referred proceeding and, finally, identifies certain legal and practical circumstances that, in our view, limit the usefulness of this legal remedy.
