  Los fondos europeos Next Generation EU constituyen un acuerdo histórico para impulsar una rápida recuperación de la economía europea tras la pandemia derivada de la COVID-19. En España, los fondos se articulan en torno al llamado Plan para la Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia con el propósito doble de lograr la recuperación y transformar el sistema productivo. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo responder a algunas cuestiones jurídicas que se pueden plantear los potenciales beneficiarios de estos fondos europeos acerca de su ejecución, tramitación y supervisión

  Union funds Next Generation EU constitute a historic agreement to achieve a recovery of the Spanish economy after the COVID-19 pandemic. In Spain, the funds are articulated around the so-called Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, which has the dual purpose of achieving recovery and transforming the productive system. The objective of this article is to answer the main questions that potential beneficiaries of these European funds may ask about their execution, processing and supervision.
