    El ejercicio profesional en los procesos sociales muchas veces se ve agobiado por el cúmulo de tareas, pero eso no debe ser motivo para perder la capacidad reflexiva. Este documento convierte en objeto de conocimiento a la experiencia de trabajo entre el equipo social del Municipio F y la Red de Economía Solidaria Montevideo. Para orientar el análisis, se sigue una dinámica que repasa elementos conceptuales organizadores del hilo argumental, recupera legados que dan basamento al presente, para luego delimitar espacial, relacional y temporalmente la experiencia. Define como objetivo en un sentido amplio el analizar críticamente el proceso para convertirlo en conocimiento comunicable y compartible. Para ello se toman como insumos tanto los registros profesionales como los testimonios del público involucrado y de integrantes de la red. La organización de esa información se realiza para trascender el nivel descriptivo y llegar a reflexiones sustantivas capaces de confrontar lo aparente, interpelar las nociones naturalizadas, identificar contradicciones y problematizar las formas de entender los procesos sociales en la construcción de las políticas públicas. Finalmente, se construyen breves reflexiones que muestran cuánto impacto tiene el solo hecho de organizar esta comunicación y lo que supone la revisión de la propia práctica profesional para la proyección del trabajo.

    Professional practice in social processes is often burdened by the accumulation of tasks to be carried out, but this should not be a reason to lose reflective capacity. This document makes the experience between the social team of Municipality F and the Red de Economía Solidaria Montevideo an object of knowledge. To guide the analysis, a dynamic is followed that reviews the organizing elements of the storyline, recovers legacies that support the present, and then delimits the experience spatially, relationally and temporarily. It defines as an objective in a broad sense to critically analyze the process to convert it into communicable and sharable knowledge. For this, the professional records and the testimonies of the public involved and members of the network are taken as inputs. The organization of this information is carried out to transcend the descriptive level and arrive at substantive reflections capable of confronting the apparent, questioning the notions naturalized, identify contradictions and problematize the ways of understanding social processes in the construction of public policies. Finally, brief reflections are constructed that show how much impact the mere fact of organizing this communication has and what it means the revision of one’s professional practice for the projection of the work.
