For each adjacency pair (k, ¯k) 6= (6, 6) with k, ¯k 2 {6, 18, 26}, we find a regular (k, ¯k)-connected digital space EU k,¯k whose set Sk,¯k of digital surfaces (i.e., digital objects whose continuous analogue is a combinatorial surface) is the largest in that class of spaces. In particular, several families of (k, ¯k)-surfaces reported in literature within the graph-theoretical approach to Digital Topology are shown to be contained in Sk,¯k .
