Resumen de MicroSonic Spaces: Towards an Autonomous Ecosystem of Virtual Sonic Agents
MicroSonic Spaces is an interactive audiovisual installation that explores the concept of the creation of live ecosystems of autonomous agents as a non-linear interactive sound and music composition system. This is an ongoing conceptual and artistic research project that evolves with each new presentation. This article introduces the concept and presents a report of the two initial versions of the installation, that were exhibited in Castelo Branco and Aveiro, Portugal, in 2016 and 2018. The base concepts for the original version will be presented, as well as the main developments in the second version.
