Resumen de Uefa Champions League: panorama acerca dos momentos decisivos, influência da vantagem inicial e local da partida

  Football is one of the most widespread sports in the world and the most practiced sport in Brazil. With this, together with the growing importance of Match Analysis, this study aimed to analyze and characterize the UEFA Champions League in the 2016-2019 seasons, according to determining factors for a greater chance of success in the matches. To this end, the summaries of all 375 UEFA Champions League matches in the aforementioned seasons were analyzed, resulting in the finding of the most decisive moments of the matches and the influence of the initial advantage (first goal) over victory, as well as the influence of the home advantage. Thus, it is concluded that acquiring the initial advantage grants a greater chance of victory, either as principal or visitor, in addition to identifying that the goals are concentrated in the 2nd half of the matches, highlighting greater incidence in the final 15 minutes, and that the home team are responsible for most of the competition's goals

  O futebol é uma das modalidades mais difundidas no mundo e a modalidade mais praticada no Brasil. Com isso, junto a crescente importância da Análise de Jogo, o presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar e caracterizar os jogos da UEFA Champions League nas temporadas 2016-2019, de acordo com fatores determinantes para uma maior chance de êxito nos jogos. Para isso, foram analisadas as súmulas de todas as 375 partidas da UEFA Champions League nas temporadas citadas, resultando na constatação de momentos mais decisivos das partidas e da influência da vantagem inicial sobre vitória, assim como, a influência do local da partida. Houve diferença significativa na relação das influências supracitadas com o índice de vitórias e da frequência de gols entre os períodos das partidas (p<0,001).
