    Las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito, permiten el acceso y el uso de los servicios financieros por parte de la población excluida, motivo por el cual buscan llegar a todos los sectores de la población, por ende se contribuye a que haya una menor desigualdad entre los ingresos y el índice de pobreza, sin embargo su administración no se escapa de los constantes cambios que exige este mundo globalizado, que hacen que cada día las instituciones estén en una permanente actualización de conocimientos y procedimientos para llevar a cabo de forma eficiente el cumplimiento de sus objetivos, sin dejar de lado el completo tema que represente manejar el talento humano. Es por esta razón que las habilidades gerenciales se constituyan en el pilar fundamental para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento organizacional, generando un alto nivel de competitividad y compromiso laboral. Por consiguiente, la presente investigación tiene por objetivo describir las habilidades gerenciales que más se ajustan a la gerencia de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito.

It is for this reason that managerial skills become the fundamental pillar to guarantee the correct organizational functioning, generating a high level of competitiveness and work commitment. That is why the present research aims to describe the managerial skills that best suit the management of savings and credit cooperatives.
