    De la multidisciplinarité à l’interdisciplinarité: du rôle des séminaires comme interface d’échanges. Le cas du Seminar on Trust and Social change (1985-1986) Les séminaires, longtemps ignorés en histoire de la pensée économique, sont désormais considérés comme de véritables objets historiques. Le présent article s’inscrit dans cette littérature grandissante, en prenant pour sujet une série de séminaires intitulée « Seminar on Trust and Social Change » qui se déroule au King’s College Cambridge de 1985 à 1986. Organisé par le sociologue Diego Gambetta, ce séminaire agira comme une interface d’échanges scientifiques qui permettra à deux programmes de recherche parallèles de s’échanger objet et méthode pour former un programme interdisciplinaire autour de la notion de confiance.

    Seminars, long under-studied in the history of economic thought, are now considered as worthy historical objects. This article contributes to this growing trend by studying a series of seminars entitled “Seminar on Trust and Social Change” held at King’s College Cambridge from 1985 to 1986. Organised by sociologist Diego Gambetta, this seminar acted as a genuine interface for scientific exchanges and allowed two parallel research programs to exchange methods and objects so as to form a interdisciplinary program on the notion of trust
