    La presente propuesta pretende abordar uno de los principales cambios que se produjeron en el Mundo Antiguo y determinaron el curso de la historia de Occidente, el encuentro entre el cristianismo y la religión grecorromana. Si los autores de los textos bíblicos pertenecían a un contexto exclusivamente judío, ¿cómo leyeron los paganos estos textos? Esta misma cuestión se concretará especialmente en el nivel del léxico religioso. De esta manera, nuestra comunicación se ciñe a plantear la novedad de las hipótesis y metodología que proponemos, con el fi n de presentar una introducción al panorama de la reacción pagana al encontrarse con la religión judeocristiana.

    This proposal aims to deal with one of the main changes that took place in the Ancient World and determined the course of the history of Western culture: the encounter between Christianity and the Greco-Roman religion. If the authors of the biblical texts belonged to an exclusively Jew context, how did the Pagans read these texts? Th is question itself will be discussed in the level of the religious vocabulary. In this way, this communication exposes the novelty of the hypothesis and methodology proposed, in order to introduce the outlook of the Pagan reaction to meeting Judeo-Christian religion.
