Resumen de Rischio sismico: prevenzione e ricerca applicata
Nel fondamentale spostamento d'attenzione da “previsione” a “prevenzione” dei terremoti, un filo conduttore lega ricerca, progettazione degli edifici e gestione delle emergenze.Di fronte a fenomeni spesso improvvisi e devastanti, è necessario potenziare la ricerca e costruire adeguatamente, per salvaguardare incolumità delle persone e aumentare livello e percezione di sicurezza. In tale ottica ITC-CNR ha realizzato un impianto sperimentale innovativo per simulazione delle azioni sismiche su facciate continue in scala reale e analisi del comportamento prestazionale, pre e dopo sisma.Seismic Risk: Prevention and Applied ResearchWithin the fundamental shift of focus from “forecast” to “prevention” of earthquakes, there is a common thread linking together research, building design and emergency management.When facing often sudden and devastating phenomena, it is necessary to strengthen research and build properly, with the aim of protecting people's safety and increasing both the level and perception of security.
