  El Museo Reina Sofía es el museo español con más visitas. Su actividad en redes sociales durante el confinamiento por la pandemia sanitaria en la primavera de 2020 resultó muy relevante. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la relación que tuvo el Museo con el público, el discurso en redes sociales y la participación. Como metodología, se realizó una entrevista en profundidad con la responsable de comunicación y un análisis del contenido de sus redes sociales. Los resultados muestran una alta participación del público y una estrategia proactiva basada en el contenido, los hashtags y la escucha activa.

  The Reina Sofia Museum is the most visited Spanish museum. Its activity in social networks during the confinement due to the health pandemic in the spring of 2020 was very relevant. The aim of this work is to analyze the relationship between the Museum and the public, the discourse in social networks and participation. The methodology consists of an in-depth interview was conducted with the person in charge of communication and an analysis of the content of their social network. The results show a high level of public participation and a proactive strategy based on content, hashtags and active listening.
