    El propósito del trabajo es reiterar la dimensión política intrínseca del deporte, demostrando las relaciones de poder que lo signan-recorren internamente y en su interacción con el resto de la sociedad, en plena pandemia. Se exponen las razones políticas del cambio de sede, de la Copa América de Fútbol 2021: no se realiza en Colombia por las masivas protestas contra el gobierno durante siete semanas que paralizaron la nación y se traslada al país de peor situación del COVID 19 en la región, para contribuir a reflotar en el poder al presidente Bolsonaro, que vive uno de sus peores momentos políticos. Luego, se analiza la continuidad pre y en pandemia de la relación centroperiferia en el fútbol y béisbol transnacionales, donde el poder se concentra en Europa y EEUU como centros de decisión y apropiación de casi todos los beneficios producidos, mientras el papel periférico de América Latina y El Caribe es exportar materia prima (jugadores) que garantizan el éxito del espectáculo futbolístico y beisbolístico obteniendo beneficios irrisorios. Concluye con la demostración de la Superliga como la posición-acción de los SuperClubes Transnacionales para alcanzar el poder absoluto en el fútbol europeo e iniciar el control del negocio futbolístico mundial en expansión económica y mediática, por la creciente irrupción y proyecto de China para ser potencia futbolística a mediados del siglo XXI.

    The purpose of the work is to reiterate the intrinsic political dimension of sport, demonstrating the power relations that signify it internally and in its interaction with the rest of society, in the midst of a pandemic. The political reasons for the change of venue, of the Copa América de Fútbol 2021 are exposed: it is not held in Colombia due to the massive protests against the government for seven weeks that paralyzed the nation and moves to the country with the worst situation of covid 19 in the region, to help bring President Bolsonaro back to power, who is experiencing one of his worst political moments. Then, the pre and pandemic continuity of the center-periphery relationship in transnational soccer and baseball is analyzed, where power is concentrated in Europe and the United States as centers of decision and appropriation of almost all the benefits produced, while the peripheral role of Latin America and the Caribbean is to export raw materials (players) that guarantee the success of the football and baseball show, obtaining ridiculous benefits. It concludes with the demonstration of the Superliga as the positionaction of the Transnational SuperClubes to achieve absolute power in European football and initiate control of the world football business in economic and media expansion, due to the growing irruption and project of China to be a power football in the mid-21st century.
