  El trabajo analiza la caracterización y régimen jurídico de las aportaciones realizadas por los socios a la denominada “cuenta 118” del Plan General de Contabilidad. En particular, se contempla la posibilidad de realizar aportaciones no proporcionales y constituir reservas “personalizadas”, en cuya distribución tendría preferencia el socio o socios que hubieran realizado aportaciones en una proporción superior a la que les correspondería según su participación en el capital social.

  This work analyses the characterisation and legal system of contributions made by shareholders to the so-called “cuenta 118” (Account 118) of the General Accounting Plan. In particular, it contemplates the possibility of making non-proportional contributions and establishing “personalised” reserves, the distribution of which will give preference to the shareholder or shareholders that have made contributions in a greater proportion to that corresponding to them according to their stake in the share capital.
