    "La LOMLOE y su análisis. Una mirada técnica" nace con el objetivo de proporcionar a los distintos agentes que intervienen en el proceso educativo, un análisis, desde una perspectiva descriptiva, técnica y crítica, de las principales propuestas contenidas en la Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 3/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación (LOMLOE).

    La obra es el resultado de las aportaciones de inspectores de educación de diferentes comunidades autónomas, que analizan los principales bloques de la nueva Ley Orgánica y lo hacen desde un punto de vista técnico e imparcial, fruto del estudio de las diferentes teorías de la educación, de la normativa educativa, anterior y la vigente y del ejercicio de la función de supervisión que les otorga un conocimiento privilegiado del funcionamiento del sistema educativo, al conocer de primera mano el funcionamiento de las aulas, los centros escolares y el propio sistema.

    Como aspecto a destacar, además del análisis de los diferentes bloques, los autores subrayan los puntos fuertes y las áreas de mejora de cada uno de ellos y realizan sus propias aportaciones con el fin de contribuir a la mejora de la calidad de nuestro sistema educativo.

    "LOMLOE and its analysis. A technical overview" was created with the aim of providing the different agents involved in the educational process with an analysis, from a descriptive, technical and critical perspective, of the main proposals contained in Organic Law 3/2020, of 29 December, which modifies Organic Law 3/2006, of 3 May, on Education (LOMLOE).

    The book is the result of the contributions of education inspectors from different autonomous communities, who analyse the main blocks of the new Organic Law and do so from a technical and impartial point of view, the result of the study of the different theories of education, of the previous and current educational regulations and of the exercise of the supervisory function that gives them a privileged knowledge of the functioning of the education system, as they have first-hand knowledge of the functioning of classrooms, schools and the education system itself.

    In addition to the analysis of the different blocks, the authors highlight the strengths and areas for improvement in each of them and make their own contributions with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the quality of our education system.
