    This article, during the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the International Labor Organization, intends to highlight the importance of its Conventions, especially now, post precarious Labor Reform in Brazil. The article begins with an analysis of the relevance of the ILO Conventions in the current capitalist system, which is hegemonic, transnational and disrespectful, especially with workers from the global south. It follows with a brief analysis of the Labor Reform in the current scenario of the increasingly relevant control of the conventionality of its rules in light of the provisions of international ILO standards. Finally, only to exemplify, it closes with incipient analysis of the effective control of conventionality of celetist rules amended by Law 13.467/2017 (Labor Reform) specifically in the Regional Labor Court of the 3rd Region.

    O presente artigo, nesse momento de comemoração dos 100 anos da Organização Internacional do Trabalho, pretende destacar a importância de suas Convenções, principalmente agora, no Brasil, pós-Reforma Trabalhista precarizante. Para desenvolver a proposta o artigo inicia com análise da relevância das Convenções da OIT no atual sistema capitalista, que é hegemônico, transnacional e desrespeitoso principalmente com os trabalhadores do sul global. Segue com uma breve análise da Reforma Trabalhista no cenário atual do cada vez mais relevante controle de convencionalidade de suas regras em face do disposto nas normas internacionais da OIT. Por fim, apenas exemplificativamente, encerra com incipiente análise do efetivo controle de convencionalidade de regras celetistas alteradas pela Lei 13.467/2017 (Reforma Trabalhista) especificamente no Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 3ª Região
