    La concesión de la Constitución de Cádiz al reino de las Dos Sicilias en julio de 1820 abrió un amplio debate sobre su adaptación a la realidad napolitana que debería haber sido abordado por el Parlamento Nacional. A la espera de la convocatoria de tales asambleas representativas, la prensa revolucionaria comenzó a difundir propuestas, críticas y sugerencias que deberían ser un ejemplo y orientar a los parlamentarios recién elegidos.

    The granting of the Cadiz Constitution to the kingdom of Two Sicilies in July 1820 started off a wide debate on its adaptation to the Neapolitan reality which should have been dealt with by the National Parliament. Pending the convocation of such as the representative assembly, the revolutionary press started to disseminate proposals, criticisms and suggestions which should embody an example and provide guidance for the newly elected members of Parliament.
