    La Brigada Político Social, la policía política de la dictadura franquista, jugó un papel fundamental en la represión del régimen. Utilizando las infiltraciones, la tortura para hacer frente a la oposición antifranquista. El objetivo de este artículo es, primero, entender cómo funcionaba esta policía, para después analizar lo que pasó con sus miembros durante los años de la Transición y la democracia. Ver cómo les han afectado las diferentes políticas de memoria histórica que ha habido en nuestro país, cómo han actuado las víctimas de su represión en estos años democráticos, para verificar si los miembros Brigada Político-Social forman parte o no de ese llamado “modelo impunidad español”

    The Social Political Brigade (SPB), the political police of the Franco dictatorship, played a fundamental role in the repression of the regime. Using infiltrations, torture to confront the anti-Franco opposition. The objective of this article is, first, to understand how these police functioned, and then to analyze what happened to its members during the years of the Transition and democracy. See how the different policies of historical memory that have existed in our country have affected them, how the victims of their repression have acted in these democratic years, to verify whether or not SPB members are part of that so-called “Spanish model of impunity"
