The European Green Deal seems to represent a significant turning point in EU decarbonisation policies. Its precise contents have yet to be defined, but it’s clear that it also implies a Green Industrial Policy aimed at guiding companies towards choices consistent with the objectives of decarbonisation. The essay analyzes the basic characteristics of this Green Industrial Policy and the implications that derive from it in relation to the European Economic and Social Constitution and to European and National Governance.
