    En los últimos años ha tomado una importancia relevante, el medio ambiente en el ámbito educativo de acuerdo con la responsabilidad social y sostenibilidad en tales instituciones. En este caso, se analizará el Colegio Santa Isabel de Hungría, en especial el año 2020 donde la situación originada por el estallido social y la pandemia fue absolutamente diferente en todos sus aspectos por el solo hecho de tener que trabajar vía online; por este motivo, el proceso de cambio ha tenido resultados favorables a pesar de las vicisitudes; no obstante, queda mucho camino por recorrer para consolidar este tipo de educación a distancia o híbrida dentro de los parámetros de lo social y sostenibilidad responsable. En este tema específico se analizará lo sucedido y se visualizará los resultados parciales tanto del sostenedor como su equipo directivo, en conjunto con toda la comunidad académica para llegar a una primera conclusión. El objetivo de esta investigación es hacer una interpretación de algunos aspectos de la gestión realizada y en base a ello generar un análisis de su modelo de responsabilidad social vinculado a las funciones de los grupos de interés, identificados estos como autoridades, docentes, asistentes de la educación, estudiantes y los padres y apoderados. La metodología utilizada será cualitativa: se hará una revisión de la bibliografía existente sobre la temática en estudio, para luego llevar a cabo un estudio descriptivo en el que se detallarán las actividades destacables que el Colegio Santa Isabel de Hungría ha realizado en este sentido, recurriendo a fuentes primarias y secundarias, tales como documentos y entrevistas.

    In recent years it has taken on a relevant importance, the environment in the field of education according to social responsibility and sustainability in such institutions. In this case, the Santa Isabel of Hungary College will be analyzed, especially in 2020 where the situation caused by the social outburst and pandemic was absolutely different in all its aspects by the fact that we had to work online; for this reason, the process of change has had favorable results despite vicissitudes; however, there is a long way to go to consolidate this type of distance or hybrid education within the parameters of social and responsible sustainability. This specific topic will discuss what happened and visualize the partial results of both the holder and its management team, in conjunction with the entire academic community to reach a first conclusion. The objective of this research is to make an interpretation of some aspects of the management carried out and on this basis generate an analysis of its model of social responsibility linked to the functions of interest groups, identified these as authorities, teachers, education assistants, students and parents and guardians.

    The methodology used will be qualitative: a review of the existing literature on the subject under study will be carried out, and then a descriptive study will be carried out detailing the outstanding activities that the Santa Isabel of Hungary College has carried out in this regard, using primary and secondary sources, such as documents and interviews
