    La economía española sigue estando basada de forma casi principal en el sector servicios y en la construcción y, por ello, la mano de obra barata sigue siendo el principal empleo de los jóvenes, que, sin embargo, desean encontrar una ocupación que sea conforme con su formación. Se realiza un estudio acerca del papel que desempeñan las Consejerías de Trabajo, Migraciones y Seguridad Social en orden a la protección socio-laboral de los españoles que emigran al extranjero, en especial, tras la remodelación ministerial llevada a cabo por el Gobierno de España (Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones, de un lado, y Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía social, de otro). Y ello en una perspectiva histórica y en el marco normativo que proporcionan la Ley 2/2014, de 25 de marzo, de la Acción y del Servicio Exterior del Estado y la Ley 40/2006, de 14 de diciembre, del Estatuto de la Ciudadanía española en el exterior.

    The Spanish economy continues to be based almost mainly on the services sector and construction and, therefore, cheap labor continues to be the main employment of young people, who, however, want to find an occupation that is in line with their training. A study is carried out on the role played by the Labor, Migration and Social Security Ministries in order to protect the social and labor of Spaniards who emigrate abroad, especially after the ministerial remodeling carried out by the Government of Spain (Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations, on the one hand, and Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, on the other). And this in a historical context and in the regulatory framework provided by Law 2/2014, of March 25, on Action and the Foreign Service of the State and Law 40/2006, of December 14, of the Statute of Spanish citizenship abroad .
