  Este estudio conduce la ciencia de la PsicologíaIndustrial/Organizacional a la familia como grupo productivo, haciendo posible analizar sus miembros como capital humanoen continuo desarrollo desde los estilos deconvivencia organizada por su administración familiar. En este trabajo se ha utilizado el comportamiento organizacional y administrativo en la vida diaria de la familia. Se aplicaron la teorías administrativas y organizacionales para entender cómoestásayudan o no ayudan enlos niveles de productividad en el trabajo y la escuela en adultos y niños, haciéndolos capaces o no de competir en la economía de sucomunidad.

  This study conduce the science of the I/O Psychology to the Family Organization like a productive group, making possible analyze their members like human capital in continuing development from their family daily live organizationand administrative commitment. In this job we use the administrativeand organizational theoriesin the daily live family. We apply the administrative and organizational theories to review how it help or disrupt the productivity levels in the workplace and in the academics setting in adult and young human capital from family organization making or not them capable to compete in their economic word.
