El artículo analiza las peculiaridades de la regulación legal de la financiación estatal del mantenimiento de los juicios por jurado en Ucrania. Sobre la base de los datos estadísticos citados, se estableció que la compensación monetaria por juicio con jurado en Ucrania es mínima en comparación con Estados Unidos, Canadá o Francia. El alto nivel de compensación monetaria del jurado depende en primer lugar del desarrollo social y económico del país. Se concluye que las acciones del legislador de los últimos años están dirigidas al modelo clásico de juicio por jurado, que existe en muchos países del mundo, con un nivel adecuado de asistencia financiera y un nivel adecuado de apoyo logístico

The article analyses the peculiarities of legal regulation of state funding of jury trial maintenance in Ukraine. On the basis of the cited statistical data it was established that the monetary compensation for jury trial in Ukraine is minimal in comparison to the USA, Canada or France. The high level of jury monetary compensation depends first of all on the social and economic development of the country. The conclusion is drawn that the legislator's actions of the recent years are directed at the classical jury trial model, which exists in many countries of the world, with an appropriate level of financial assistance and an appropriate level of logistical support.
