    Se brinda información sobre los ejemplares tipo (50 holotipos y sus paratipos) de mamíferos (Xenarthra, Insectivora, Chiroptera, Primates, Carnivora, Sirenia y Rodentia) depositados en siete colecciones cubanas. En las fichas de los holotipos se incluye la información de la descripción original y además se hacen actualizaciones y correcciones sobre este material.

    Information on the type specimens (50 holotypes and their paratypes) of mammals (Xenarthra, Insectivora, Chiroptera, Primates, Carnivora, Sirenia and Rodentia) housed at seven Cuban collections is given. The records of the holotypes includes the information of the original description, as well as a bringing up to date and corrections on this material.
