A leitura no ensino superior

    The concern to encourage reading, especially in the academic world, is the focus of this work. To show that there are alternatives that can work, a practical theoretical project is presented by a University of Passo Fundo, which combines research in its activity relating to the subjects of the semester, putting into practice such learning and making use, especially in Portuguese language classes of the digital technologies for the best performance of the work. It can be seen that it is possible to reverse the unsatisfactory picture that presents itself when the student enters higher education without motivation to read, it is enough for the University / Faculty to do its part and the project here reported becomes a possible strategy, with teachers from other areas engaged in the Portuguese Language course, besides having all the academic community. The University needs to show society the importance of reading throughout the student life, so that the student arrives at the graduate level better prepared to effectively become a reader / researcher. Thus, we used qualitative research, seeking mainly subsidies of theorists: Katherine Hayles, Róger Chartier, Lúcia Santaella and Henry Jenkins for the construction of meanings. What is verified by the theories studied and the recorded practice is that by using innovative mechanisms and methods that contemplate reading as soon as the university enters the teaching institution, it is possible to train professional researchers in all areas, since the student needs motivation and this is linked to how the teacher will lead the work.

    A preocupação em incentivar a leitura, principalmente no meio acadêmico, é o foco deste trabalho. Para mostrar que há alternativas que podem dar certo, apresenta-se um projeto teórico prático realizado por uma Universidade de Passo Fundo, a qual alia pesquisa em sua atividade relacionando com as disciplinas do semestre, colocando em prática tal aprendizado e fazendo uso, principalmente nas aulas de Língua Portuguesa das tecnologias digitais para o melhor desempenho do trabalho. Percebe-se, assim, que é possível reverter o quadro insatisfatório que se apresenta quando o estudante ingressa no ensino superior sem motivação para ler, basta a Universidade/Faculdade fazer a sua parte e o projeto ora aqui relatado torna-se uma estratégia possível, com professores de outras áreas engajados com a disciplina de Língua Portuguesa, além de contar com toda comunidade acadêmica. A Universidade precisa mostrar à sociedade a importância da leitura no decorrer da vida estudantil, para que o estudante chegue na graduação melhor preparado para tornar-se efetivamente um leitor/pesquisador. Assim, utilizou-se de pesquisa qualitativa, buscando, principalmente subsídios dos teóricos: Katherine Hayles, Róger Chartier, Lúcia Santaella e Henry Jenkins para a construção dos significados. O que se constata, pelas teorias estudadas e pela prática registrada é que ao se utilizar de mecanismos e métodos inovadores que contemplem à leitura logo que o universitário ingresse na instituição de ensino, pode-se formar profissionais pesquisadores em todas as áreas, pois o estudante precisa de motivação e esta se encontra vinculada a forma como o docente conduzirá o trabalho.
