    The motivation of this article / essay arose from a problem translated into the question: What are the dominant ethics in human relations mediated by telematic social networks? It is intended to present a research perspective of the dominant ethics in a philosophical and literary key stripped of any intention of finishing or of closed convictions to the interrogating dialogue. The question guide asks what is generally understood by ethics when anyone speaks in ethics, privacy and confidentiality of health information. It is in question to construct a new ethical modeling for safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of health information and in all sectors of human activity. This new modeling must include the complexity of natural and human phenomena and extend the field of knowledge in its infinite multiplicity so that it is possible to educate for a civil life in which everyone is responsible for all and respect for the life of others becomes an ethical principle without which will all be just cold control and manipulation, and all will be subject to all kinds of threats and blackmail, from improper invasions of their privacy through the traces left on the network. Understanding, however, how ethics today is in managing social networks in health is the first step toward envisaging viable and secure solutions that move toward a common-ethical learning that overcomes the current barbarism of Dataism or Data Religion.

    A motivação deste artigo/ensaio brotou de um problema traduzido na questão: Quais são as éticas dominantes nas relações humanas mediadas por redes sociais telemáticas? Intenciona-se apresentar uma perspectiva de investigação das éticas dominantes em uma chave filosófica e literária despojada de qualquer intenção de acabamento ou de convicções fechadas ao diálogo interrogante. A questão guia interroga o que se compreende em geral por ética quando qualquer um fala em ética, privacidade e confidencialidade de informação em saúde. Está em questão a construção de uma nova modelagem ética para a salvaguarda da privacidade e da confidencialidade de informação em saúde e em todos os setores da atividade humana. Esta nova modelagem precisa incluir a complexidade dos fenômenos naturais e humanos e ampliar o campo do conhecimento em sua multiplicidade infinita para que seja possível educar para uma vida civil em que todos sejam responsáveis por todos e o respeito pela vida alheia se torne um princípio ético sem o qual tudo será apenas controle frio e manipulação, e todos estarão sujeitos a todo tipo de ameaças e chantagens, de invasões indevidas em sua privacidade através dos rastros deixados na rede. Compreender, entretanto, como hoje anda a ética no gerenciamento de redes sociais em saúde é o primeiro passo para se ter em mira soluções viáveis e seguras que caminhem na direção de uma aprendizagem ética comum-pertencente que supere a barbárie atual do dataísmo ou Religião dos dados.
