Resumen de Drogas anfetamínícas de diseño. Revisión toxicológica

  Desde hace unos años se ha venido incremen tando en España el consumo e incautación de "nuevas" drogas de diseño, en especial derivados anfetamínicos. En el presente artículo se resumen los principales aspectos toxicocinéticos y dinámicos, sus efectos tóxicos y tratamien to, así como los medios de detección más frecuentes y útiles. Todo ello referido, fundamentalmente, a la metilendioxianfetamina y metilendioximetanfetamina, hasta el momento, y según las determinaciones practicadas en el Instituto Nacional de Toxicología, las más frecuentes ana lizadas en nuestro país.

  Since a few years ago there has been an increase in the consume and confiscation of designer drugs in Spain, specially amphetamine designer drugs. In the present article we summarize the main kinetic and dynamic aspects, toxic effects and treatment, and the best and most useful analytic methods to the determination of these drugs. We emphasize in the methylene-dioxyamphetamine and methylenedioxymethamphetamine, which according to the National Institute of Toxicology are the most common designer drugs in our country.
