    El sistema de responsabilidad civil extracontractual previsto en la leyNo 17.336, de Propiedad Intelectual, contiene diferencias interesantes si se le compara conaquel de derecho común contenido en el Código Civil. Con el objetivo de resaltar esas innovaciones y, además, de procurar una ordenación no siempre lograda por la citada ley ni intentada del todo por la doctrina nacional, es que este artículo propone una organización que permita estudiar y comprender de la mejor manera posible el régimen contenido en la Ley dePropiedad Intelectual.

    The non-contractual liability system provided for in the Chilean statute on Intellectual Property contains interesting differences when compared with the regulation contained in the Chilean Civil Code. With the aim of highlighting these innovations and, in addition, to attempt an order not always achieved by the aforementioned statute nor fully attempted by the national scholarship, this article proposes an organization that allows its study and understanding in the best possible way.
