Resumen de O nacionalismo de extrema-direita de Ferdinando de Carvalho

In the transition years, the survival of an authoritarian project can be identified in the writings of Ferdinando de Carvalho. One of the propagators of the notion of Revolutionary War in the 1950s, he wrote in a series of military magazines in the 1960s and gave several lectures at the ESG in the 1970s and 1980s. A member of the Secret Group that carried out attacks from the second half of the 1970s, at the same time Carvalho published several books working on the spread of the idea that the communist threat still persisted in a dangerous way. Analyzing the writings of Ferdinando de Carvalho throughout his trajectory, I consider his ideology as representative of the far-right Brazilian nationalism of that period.

Nos anos da transição, a sobrevivência de um projeto autoritário pode ser identificada nos escritos de Ferdinando de Carvalho. Um dos propagadores da noção de Guerra Revolucionária nos anos 1950, escreveu em uma série de revistas militares nos anos 1960 e ministrou várias palestras na ESG nos anos 1970 e 1980. Participante do Grupo Secreto, que realizou atentados a partir da segunda metade da década de 1970, simultaneamente Carvalho publicou diversos livros empenhando-se na difusão da ideia de que a ameaça comunista ainda persistia de forma perigosa. Analisando alguns dos escritos de Ferdinando de Carvalho ao longo de sua trajetória, considero o seu ideário como representativo da extrema-direita nacionalista brasileira daquele período.
